Our Emerald Luxury Coach manufacturing facility is located in Stephenville, Texas. The Emerald concept is CEO John Walker’s vision for a more practical alternative for a Prevost ‘Class A’ luxury motorhome.
Luxury sets the price, yet price doesn’t set Luxury.
The Emerald coach is designed with an emphasis on a unique owner experience. All systems incorporate components which are pleasing to the eye, highly functional, easily accessible and simple to manage.
The core of this innovative idea is CEO John Walker’s commitment to excellence and high quality craftsmanship. The new Emerald X3-45 is proof that, in the skilled hands of our team members, superior quality can also be an amazing value behind owning a Prevost Luxury Motor Coach.
Within every aspect of every specific build, the engineering and manufacturing process for proper fit, finish and durability are testaments to the look, feel and enjoyment for luxury owners for years to come.
John walks through every coach at every stage of the build, taking the time to see the elements come together, if for any reason a part of the process doesn’t meet his standards, he stops the process and analyzes to better understand what it is that isn’t right, makes the appropriate and necessary changes, documents those changes and makes the corrections.
The people of Emerald understand this and work alongside his approach, it may take a bit longer, it is the right way to build a luxury motorcoach.
All elements are painstakingly tailored, inspected and tested before the coach is approved for delivery to one of our exclusive Authorized Dealers across the United States of America.
Emerald Luxury Motor Coaches are sold through dealers that play an integral role is making the experience of shopping and ownership experience unique and personalized for each customer. Strong communication and dedication from the first drive forward are key to creating a user experience that is equalled to the craftsmanship built into each and every coach.
Once an owner, the relationship / connection has just begun.

The Emerald Story: Quality without compromise. Because you can.
Emerald Luxury Coaches represents a bold concept in world class motor coaches, dedicated to delivering the elite quality and luxury of a Prevost custom coach conversion for a considerably less than you would expect to pay.
We started Emerald Luxury Motorcoach in 2014, but our building world class travel accommodations begins nearly two decades earlier, when CEO John Walker began producing high quality trailer conversions in Stephenville, Texas.
A skilled craftsman with a nearly obsessive commitment to quality, John quickly built his company, Outlaw Conversions, into the most successful and respected firm in the field of high end conversion trailers. Within a few years he was fielding requests for custom motorcoach conversions. When the results were greeted every bit as enthusiastically as Outlaw’s high end trailer conversions, Emerald Luxury Coaches was the natural progression, and a new concept was born.
The Emerald formula is simple. Quality designs, quality materials, quality craftsmanship
equal an unparalleled experience. This is where you want to be.
We start with the legendary Prevost X3-45 chassis and body shell and each motorcoach build ends in a state of the art 100,000 square foot facility designed and built exclusively for Emerald production. The result is individual perfection, quite simply the best value in a luxury motorcoach.
Many of our coach owners have built their own businesses, it is that strong understanding of what makes a great business is also what goes into a great motor coach.
Choose the right people, quality materials, high level of detail to what matters, and great results will follow. And most important, treat your customers like they want to be treated.
