    When you own an Emerald, you have access to over 175 Prevost-trained and certified service providers. In addition, Emerald and Prevost have over 160 service centers located throughout the United States. Emerald gives you the confidence and ability to travel with ease. With an extensive network of service providers, you can rest assured that help is only a phone call away should any issues arise during your travels. Any Prevost coach is welcome at the Emerald service center, located in Stephenville, Texas.

    Our telemetry system for diagnostics provides online data to service technicians who can monitor your coach’s diagnostic information, as well as fixing electronic problems. Every coach that rolls out of our manufacturing facility has a dedicated IT resource specialist that gave his stamp of approval before you picked it up and will be knowledgeable and accessible to help you with any situation to get you back on your adventure’.

Each new Prevost shell for conversion comes with a full bumper-to-bumper, 24-month warranty, plus the Prevost exclusive Gold PASS 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance Program to handle all OEM warranty processing.
