There are nine parts and service centers and over 150 Prevost- certified /service providers.
Our telemetry system for diagnostics provides online data to service technicians, who can monitor your coach’s diagnostic information, and sometimes even fix electronic problems.
Going one step further, every coach that rolls out of our manufacturing facility has a dedicated IT resource specialist that gave his stamp of approval before you picked it up and will be knowledgeable and accessible to help you with any situation to get you back on your adventure’.

Warranties: All new Emerald coaches are covered by both Emerald and Prevost warranties. The Prevost warranty covers the chassis and structure, including slide-outs, the powertrain, and all chassis and body electric systems. The Emerald warranty covers all the interior conversion equipment, materials, and workmanship.

Each new Prevost shell for conversion comes with a full bumper-to-bumper, 24-month warranty, plus the Prevost exclusive Gold PASS 24/7 Emergency Roadside Assistance Program to handle all OEM warranty processing.
All replacement parts purchased and installed at a Prevost Parts and Service Center car a one-year total satisfaction warranty, with the exception of certain regular maintenance service replacement parts. The Prevost service network includes seven Parts and Service Centers, and a team of field service managers strategically located to provide quality service wherever you need it – anywhere in North America.
