Why Choose the Prevost Chassis?
Strength, Stability, Safety. Anything less is just a motorhome.
Emerald Coach has taken years of research to develop a durable, lightweight structure which provides the structural and functional basis for the luxury interiors of our motorcoaches. Providing a solid foundation for all the interior fixtures and systems we create and install creates an interior that is built to the last mile after mile.
The need for a strong and lightweight chassis structure that supports the cabinetry, fixtures, and furniture led us to benchmark best practices used in yacht, aircraft, and aerospace design technology.
The unequaled vertical, lateral and torsional rigidity of the Prevost X3-45 gives you a safer, longer lasting ride that is more resistant to flex and deformation stresses. This leads to an improved quality of ride and stability, keeping you and your loved ones safe mile after mile.
We’ve decreased mass, and better distributed the coach’s weight as close to the ground as possible, lowering the center of gravity to give you better handling and roll-resistance. The lower your center of gravity, the easier it is to keep your balance.
Why does this matter to you and your family?
The Emerald sub-frame offers the ideal structure for the routing and mapping of internal wiring, plumbing and HVAC componentry providing organization and simplification, not typically found in most RV coaches. We encourage you to compare our Prevost to the others.
This structure design allows immediate access to critical components when the time is of the essence, as is typical when traveling, should a need arise. Every component is carefully thought out for placement, ease of use, and ease of maintenance or repairs. Every motorcoach should be this good.
This design is industry-leading within the Prevost conversion community, where optimization of interior space and efficiency is critical to vehicle handling and stability.
It is the details that make the difference between having a luxury motorhome and having a quality luxury motorcoach. Knowledge and experience matters when building one at this level.
